Processing Time

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise.

Personalized Orders: Engraved orders may take an extra 1–2 business days for custom craftsmanship.

Business Days: Our workshop operates Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Shipping Method

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, Evri, or Royal Mail depending on the destination.

Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, we will contact the carrier on your behalf.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

We want your knife to last a lifetime. With proper care, Damascus steel stays strong, sharp, and beautiful.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day craftsmanship warranty covering:

·        Defective blades

·        Loose handles

·        Manufacturing issues

The warranty does not cover:

·        Damage caused by misuse

·        Rust due to moisture exposure

·        Normal wear and tear

Care Instructions

·        Keep the blade dry after each use.

·        Apply a light coat of oil (mineral oil or gun oil) regularly.

·        Avoid dishwashers or soaking in water.

·        Store the knife in a dry place or in the included leather sheath.

·        Do not use the knife on stone, metal, or glass surfaces.

Proper care will protect the Damascus pattern and prevent rust.
