1. Are your knives handmade?
Yes. All of our knives, axes, and blades are fully handmade by skilled artisans. Each piece is forged, shaped, polished, and inspected by hand, which makes every item unique.
2. What steel do you use?
Most of our blades are made from hand-forged Damascus steel (200+ layers) or high-carbon steel, depending on the product. Every blade is crafted for durability and beautiful patterning.
3. Do you offer engraving or personalization?
Yes. We offer engraving on:
· Knife blade
· Handle
· Leather pouch/sheath
· Custom logos (business logo, initials, symbols, artwork)
You can send us your engraving text or upload a logo after placing your order.
4. How long does shipping take?
· USA: 3–5 business days
· UK: 2–4 business days
· Europe: 5–10 business days
· International: 7–14 business days
Tracking is provided with every order.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

8. Do your knives come sharp?
Yes, our knives are sharpened and ready for use unless the listing specifies otherwise.

9. How should I care for my Damascus steel knife?
· Keep the blade dry
· Apply a light coat of oil regularly (mineral, gun, or vegetable oil)
· Avoid soaking in water
· Store in a dry place or in the leather sheath
· Do not use dishwashers
Proper care protects the Damascus pattern and prevents rust.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped or engraved.
Once engraving has started, cancellations may not be possible.
11. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. If you need a special design, logo, engraving, or bulk order (corporate gifts, groomsmen sets, etc.), feel free to contact us.
12. Do you offer gift messages or gift packaging?
Yes, we can add a free gift note to any order.
