At Bamsi Blades, we stand behind the quality of our handmade Damascus steel knives. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, transparent return process.

1. 14-Day Return Window

In accordance with your rights, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be in New condition (unused, unaltered, and in original packaging).

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Please contact us to begin the process.

2. Return Method & Fees

  • Method: All returns are accepted by mail.

  • Return Shipping: We provide a Free Return Label for all eligible returns. Once your request is approved, you will receive a link to download and print your label at no cost.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees (£0).

3. Personalized & Custom Items

Please note that knives that have been personalized or custom engraved are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@bamsiblades.com with photos of the issue. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within the 14-day window.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our Derby workshop, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days (matching our official processing standard).
